Ngöndro teachings retreat
In November, Lama Tsering will deliver teachings about Ngöndro, the foundation of all Vajrayana Buddhist practice. It is recommended for all those who wish to delve deeper into the spiritual path.

Ngöndro practice retreat in the temple
Those who are already engaged in Ngöndro practices gather in the Temple to practice one weekend per month. Ngöndro refers to the preliminary practices of Vajrayana Buddhism.

Ngöndro practice retreat month
In January, the Temple will be open to welcome those engaged in Ngöndro practices and who wish to participate in formal sessions. The retreat extends up to January 31.

The wish-fulfilling essence: delving deeper into the Mandala of the 21 Taras
In the month of June, Lama Tsering will be conducting an unprecedented retreat studying the practice of the mandala of the 21 Taras. It is recommended for beginners as well as those who are more familiar with the practice of Red Tara. It is also possible to register for the Tara empowerment only.

Weekend of accumulations at the Temple
This weekend we’ll be performing accumulations at Odsal Ling. Pujas will take place at the normal time, and there will be no teaching.

Red Tara Drubchöd, with an offering of 100,000 Tsoks
Following the annual tradition at Odsal Ling, we will hold the Red Tara Drubchöd with an offering of 100,000 Tsoks in October. The Drubchöd has ceremonies and offerings that are just as elaborate as those of a Drubchen, but concentrated over a shorter period of time. Lama Tsering will be the vajra master.

Phowa Retreat with Chagdud Khadro
Phowa is a Buddhist method through which one can acquire the ability to consciously direct one’s next rebirth. Amitabha empowerment, which will be granted on morning of November 2, is a prerequisite for participating in the teachings.
