On two Saturdays (September 19 and 26), Lama Tsering conducted an online retreat on the practice of Red Tara, the supreme method of meditation which, when diligently applied, reveals the Buddha-nature and qualities of the enlightened mind.
In this retreat, with the intention of preparing the sangha for the 100,000 tsogs (which will take place virtually in October), in addition to the teachings with Lama Tsering, there are instructions on how to perform tsog at home, mudras, mandala offerings, shrine offerings, and also how to use the bell and dorje.
In addition, on October 3, there will be a live broadcast of Lama Tsering doing the practice of Red Tara slowly and with intermediate explanations to familiarize participants of the retreat with the practice.
The contribution to take part is voluntary, and no offering is too small.
The teachings will be recorded and will be available until 9/10 for all participants, so it is possible to register until 2/10.
To register you must have received the Red Tara empowerment previously.
