Concise Red Tara Teaching

The concise Red Tara practice was developed by Chagdud Rinpoche for his Western students, with the confidence that it would be of great benefit.

Through this practice we can develop our capacity for healing - from our own illnesses and negative afflictions as well as those of others.

On September 12, Lama Tsering offered a day of live teaching about this practice, which contains the quintessence of the whole path to enlightenment. The recording of the teachings, however, is available until October 9 for all participants, who can register until October 2. 

It is especially recommended for those who wish to become acquainted with the concise Tara practice and find out how to do the Jetsun accumulation.

Donations to take part in the teachings are voluntary, and no offering is too small.

It is not necessary to have Tara empowerment to participate and Tara empowerment was not given during this retreat.
