On Saturday, October 14, there will be a solar eclipse and during the event we will do the daily practice of Essence of Siddhi.

If you don't have empowerment, instructions, familiarity, or text to go along with the practice, you can join the sangha by doing Shower of Blessings practice.

You can participate in person, at the Temple, or online. The online broadcast will be by zoom on this link.

Eclipses are conducive to meditation, because at these times the subtle energies of our body harmonize.

It is also said that the result of our thoughts, words and actions are potentiated.

If you can't go to the Temple during the eclipse, you can do your practice at home or wherever you are.
