Teaching Cycle: Red Tara Practice
Over the next few weeks, Lama Tsering will offer teachings on the practice of Red Tara, a supreme method which, when applied diligently, helps us to reveal the true nature of our mind.
At the first meeting (May 25) Lama Tsering will introduce the Concise Tara practice, focusing on the accumulation of Jetsuns. It is not necessary to have received Red Tara empowerment for this meeting.
From the second meeting (June 1) onwards, Lama Tsering will cover the Extensive Red Tara practice, and to receive these teachings it is necessary to have received the Red Tara empowerment.
This is an excellent opportunity for everyone who wishes to deepen their Tara meditation.

The teachings take place in person and on the Odsal Ling Online Campus Plataform.
On our platform you will have access to:
- recorded video teachings;
- links to the live broadcast
- translations;
- and other materials.
The teaching take place in person at Odsal Ling Temple's meditation hall, with a maximum capacity of 72 people.
• Due to limited seating availability, in-person participation will be confirmed by e-mail after registration.
→ It will not be possible to register in person, you must do so online, remembering that registration closes on Tuesday at 12 noon and reopens Thursday at 12 noon.
• There will be no translation in person, as it is done using Zoom's simultaneous translation tool.
PROTOCOLS
→ Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
→ Use any of the masks below at all times:
• 3-layer surgical mask (do not exceed 6 hours of use)
• PFF2/N95 mask
→ Mantain social distancing
→ Sit in the indicated places
→ Comply with the arrival (from 7:30 am) and departure (by 12:40 pm) times
→ Do not circulate in restricted areas
The teachings via Zoom have simultaneous translation into Portuguese and Spanish.
There is no translation at the in-person teaching.
To generate positive interdependence, it is traditional to make offerings when receiving teachings from a teacher.
We have a suggested amount, but you can contribute as much as you are able. Remember that no offering is too small.
Suggested contribution: BRL 62 per teaching
