Ngöndro Practice Retreats
During the holidays over Easter, Tiradentes and Labor Day, students who are doing their Ngöndro, the preliminary practices of Tibetan Buddhism, will have 3 daily sessions of practices at the Temple. There are prerequisites to participate.

Establishing or renewing your refuge and bodhisattva vows
Lama Tsering will grant Refuge and Bodhicitta vows, at 10am, only in person. The vows are recommended for everyone, including beginners.
