Have you thought about the impact of social media on your life?

We receive and replicate an avalanche of information every day, and often do not even assess whether what we are absorbing and disseminating is true, or whether it will bring benefit or cause harm – to ourselves and to others.

We are not aware of how much individual and collective emotions and actions are influenced by what we cultivate online. But if we reflect a little, it is not difficult to understand that the internet can be the stage for many misguided actions.

How can we deal with this? In this teaching, Lama Tsering talks about social media and how we can relate to each other in the online world wisely while bringing benefit to beings.
