Every Tuesday in January, Lama Tsering will give teachings for students starting out on the spiritual path.
She will give precious instructions on how to create a base for our practice and how to develop it correctly.
Lama Tsering will also teach the mudras (gestures for offering) for the Red Tara practice.
The workshop will take place on the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of January, at 8pm, at the city centre.
