Ngöndro Practices
The Ngöndro practice rotations will be organized in the following sessions:
Saturday
- Session 1: 9 am to 12 pm
- Session 2: 2 pm to 5 pm
- Session 3: 7 pm to 9 pm
Sunday
- Session: 2 pm to 4 pm
Each participant will perform their accumulation, but the idea of group practice is to provide and receive support from the sangha. The presence of the sangha engaged in the same practice helps to inspire us and remind us of the precious Ngöndro teachings received from Lama Tsering and other masters.
