Buddhists practitioners discover that without guidance as to what to accept and what to abandon on their spiritual journey, the same confusion that they wished to escape in ordinary activities instead transfers to their dharma path.
As a family man and an exemplary Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner, Lama Padma knows the downfalls at each level of the journey. He is well qualified to clarify how we can maintain both responsibilities and kindness to friends, family, and colleagues, and also our spiritual commitments to work for the welfare of all beings.
Lama Padma will reference a text by Kyabje Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorje entitled "A Prayer To Recognize My Own Faults and Remember the Objects of Refuge: A Confession and Pure Aspiration that Clarifies What to Adopt and What to Abandon." He re-translated these stanzas from Tibetan into lucid English, which will be translated again into excellent Portuguese.
