Obstacles can be blessings
We typically regard obstacles as hindrances which we should avoid at all costs. But by changing the way we view obstacles, they can assist us to better understand our lives, and help us to relate more effectively to our experiences.
Lama Tsering will provide us with advice on how we can transform our experience of obstacles, so we can use them to develop insight into the nature of our lives, and to inspire and propel us to realising our highest potential.

The teachings take place on Wednesdays at 7 pm. During these meetings, Lama Tsering speaks about current issues and reflects on issues in our daily lives from a Buddhist perspective.
The teachings are open to everyone, even those who have never had contact with Buddhism before.
The teachings take place in person and on the Odsal Ling Online Campus Plataform.
On our platform you will have access to:
- recorded video teachings;
- links to the live broadcast
- translations;
- and other materials.
The teachings take place in person at Odsal Ling Temple's meditation hall, with a maximum capacity of 72 people.
• After you have registered, you can attend the teachings in person.
→ It will not be possible to register in person, you must do so online, remembering that registration closes on Tuesday at 12 noon and reopens Thursday at 12 noon.
• There will be no translation in person, as it is done using Zoom's simultaneous translation tool.
PROTOCOLS
→ Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
→ Use any of the masks below at all times:
• 3-layer surgical mask (do not exceed 6 hours of use)
• PFF2/N95 mask
→ Mantain social distancing
→ Sit in the indicated places
→ Comply with the arrival (from 7:30 am) and departure (by 12:40 pm) times
→ Do not circulate in restricted areas
The teachings via Zoom have simultaneous translation into Portuguese and Spanish.
There is no translation at the in-person teaching.
To generate positive interdependence, it is traditional to make offerings when receiving teachings from a teacher.
We have a suggested amount, but you can contribute as much as you are able. Remember that no offering is too small.
