On January 26 (Saturday), in her first teaching of 2019, Lama Tsering will grant us the opportunity to hear and contemplate the fundamental teachings she received from her teacher, Chagdud Rinpoche.
We will use the book "Life in Relation to Death" by Chagdud Rinpoche. Those who sign up for the event will have access to a chapter of the book in pdf format - reading it is a prerequisite for taking part.
This will be a day of reflection on the subject of death - and life. We will begin with the morning puja, at 8:00 am, followed by sessions of teachings, contemplations, activities about the moment of death, closing the day with the afternoon puja.
This is a rare opportunity to get in touch with and delve into something we will all experience one day.
Beginners are welcome.
