Teaching cycle: Resting in the vastness of the Great Mother
In September, Lama Tsering began a new cycle of teachings on the Chö Feasts, one of the daily practices conducted at Chagdud Gonpa. Registration for the October and November cycle is open!
The teachings will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
During this cycle, Lama Tsering will cover the different feasts and their deeper meanings. The Throma Chö Feasts are treasures revealed by Dudjom Lingpa, a master of the Great Perfection who lived in the nineteenth century.
Chö means to "cut" in Tibetan, and in relation to these feasts, Guru Padmasambhava said: "Internal, external and secret obstacles are removed. In the expansive sphere of absolute love and pure intention, there is no doubt that final liberation will occur."
There are no prerequisites in order to take part.

Important: For technical reasons, registration for the teachings will be closed at two points during the week: between Tuesday at noon and Wednesday at noon; and between Friday at noon and Sunday at noon.

The teachings will take place in monthly cycles, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, extending for an indefinite period.
Regular schedule
Wednesdays (October 19 and 26; November 9): 7 pm (UTC-3)
Wednesday holiday (November 2): 3 pm to 7 pm (UTC-3)
Saturdays (October 22 and 29; November 5): 3 pm to 7 pm (UTC-3)
The teachings will be broadcast via Zoom and the links will be available on the Odsal Ling Online Campus Platform.
How long can I watch the recordings?
The recording of each teaching will be available for seven days after the live teaching.
Recordings from the September cycle are not available for registrants in the October and November cycle.
The teachings will be given in English and translated consecutively into Portuguese. There will be simultaneous translation into Spanish.
After registering, it is possible to participate in the teachings in person.
It will not be possible to register in person, as this can only be done online, remembering that registrations close on some days.
- It is necessary for all participants to follow the protocol below for the safe participation of all:
• Be up to date with vaccination against Covid-19;
• Maintain social distancing;
• Sit in the indicated places;
• Comply with the arrival time (from 30 min. before the activity) and departure (right after the end of the teaching);
• Do not circulate in restricted areas.
The suggested offering to participate in the October and November cycle of these teachings is BRL350, but you can offer as much as you can. No offering is too small!
Registration for the October and November cycle is open for an indefinite period. However, for technical reasons, they will be paused the day before the teachings and return the day after. Thus, it is not possible to register between Tuesday at noon and Thursday at noon and between Friday at noon and Sunday at noon.

Do I need an empowerment to take part?
No. There are no prerequisites in order to take part.
How long will the teachings be available?
The recorded teachings are available up to seven days after the live teaching.
Do I have to make an offering every time I attend? Or does one offering count for every day?
For this event, registration is monthly. So, for example, after the offering for the month of September, you will have access to all the teachings for that month. At the beginning of October, when you register and make an offering, you will have access to all the teachings in October, and so on, until the end of the cycles.
