Taras's Delight
Deepening the practice of Red Tara

With all the demands of daily life, it is a great challenge managing not only to maintain a formal practice routine, but also to deepen and become familiar with the different aspects of meditation.

To support the sangha in creating a stable practice routine, for this year the focus will be on Red Tara meditation, the supreme method which, when applied diligently, helps us to reveal the true nature of our mind.

In the coming weeks, Lama Tsering will offer a series of teachings for those who already have the empowerment and do this meditation regularly. In these meetings she will guide her students on how to practice in a deeper way, clearing up doubts and giving precious instructions on the stages of development and completion in the context of the Red Tara sadhana.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who already practice daily and wish to deepen their Tara meditation.

Participation is especially recommended for those who are engaged in the accumulation of one million, two hundred thousand Tara mantra.

Join us in the footsteps of Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche, and delight in Tara's radiant blessings for the benefit of all beings.

Because the content is so deep and valuable, Lama Tsering would like her students to make every effort to attend these teachings live.

Moreover, a very powerful interdependence is created when the sangha gathers at the same time to listen to the teachings.

Upcoming teachings

April 21
April 28

The teaching will initially take place 3 times a month, on Wednesdays at 7 pm.

Next teachings: March 24 and 31.

The teachings will be broadcast on the Odsal Ling Online Campus Platform. You can watch them live or the recordings.

How long can I watch the recordings?

The recordings of each month's teachings will be available during the current month and also in the first week of the following month.

Both the recorded and live teachings will have simultaneous translation into Portuguese and Spanish.

For this type of teaching, to establish good interdependence, an offering is traditionally made to the Lama with a katag and an envelope after the end of the teaching. As all the teachings will be online, offerings can be made at the time of registration and/or through a link provided on the platform.

To take part, you need to have received the Tara empowerment.

If you haven't received empowerment yet, you can participate in these other teachings with the Lama:
