Eclipses are favorable periods for meditation, as the subtle energies of our body harmonize.
It is said that the results of our thoughts, words, and actions are enhanced during the event.
Take advantage of this rare occasion when an eclipse will occur at a time and date accessible to everyone and join the sangha to practice!
If you are unable to come to the Temple, you can do your practice wherever you are.
Remove your shoes and hat before entering the meditation hall.
Photography, recording, or filming inside the meditation hall or during teachings is not allowed.
Do not touch other practitioners' objects and musical instruments.
Do not lie down in the practice and teaching area.
Do not step over sacred texts, practice objects, or benches.
As our parking is limited, we strongly suggest that participants share rides.
