In this new series of teachings, Lama Tsering will lead sessions geared toward beginners.
The first session, on July 25, will focus on prostrations.
There are no prerequisites for participation.
Registration must be done in person on the day of the session, from 8:30 am to 9:20 am.
Donations are optional. If you wish to make a contribution, the amount is at the participant’s discretion.
