We all feel fear, anxiety, stress or depression to some extent, but in general we have a hard time dealing with this. Buddhism offers us a new perspectice on suffering and happiness, and a way of revealing the power in our mind.
Discovering this point of view leads us to the confidence necessary to combat these problems and also to help others do the same.
