6. Conflicts
Can conflicts be resolved peacefully?

We live in a period when conflicts are on the rise. People are self-centred, with difficulty in noticing others and their needs. Inevitably, conflicts of interest become more evident and it is easier for conflicts to arise.

Is there a way in which conflicts can be resolved lovingly? Is there a method for being less reactive to difficult situations and to act in a truly compassionate manner?

In this teaching, Lama Tsering brings us methods within the Buddhist path to work on this problem and which, if applied, can result in a more peaceful life for ourselves, for those we love and for all sentient beings.
