On Dakini day, we will perform Red Tara tsok practice at Odsal Ling Temple.

Tsok is a practice in which we use foods and beverages with different flavors as a support for meditation, recognizing them as having one flavor. It is an effective practice for confessing faults and breaches of commitments, and to create the conditions for removing obstacles.
