Sunday at the Temple
We are delighted to announce the return of our Sunday program in person!
You will be able to participate in person:
8 am | Concise Tara Practice
10 am | Teaching with Lama Tsering
For the sake of everyone's health and wellbeing, the activities will take place at our Lotus Pavilion and not in the meditation hall.
We will maintain safety protocols, which includes mandatory mask wearing, social distancing, and all attendees having received the COVID-19 vaccination.
Please read the information below carefully to participate

→ Commit to following Temple safety protocols.

→ Use any of the masks below at all times:
• 3-layer surgical mask (do not exceed 6 hours of use)
• PFF2/N95 mask
→ Mantain social distancing
→ Sit in the indicated places
→ Comply with the arrival (from 7:30 am UTC-3) and departure (by 12:40 pm UTC-3) times
→ Do not circulate in restricted areas
What to bring

• Cushion - if you prefer one of your own
• Bag to store shoes
Conduct
- Smoking is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of the Temple
- Do not lie down during the practice and teaching environment
- It is traditional remains standing in the presence of Rinpoches and Lamas until they sit down. Then we do three prostrations, as a sign of respect.
- Do not point your feet at statues, lamas and sacred objects
- Do not step ver sacred texts, objects of practice, or benches
- Do not place texts directly on the floor
- Sacred texts are loaned for use only during meditation practices, and should not be taken home or copied without the temple's permission.
- If you find an object that does not belong to you, please turn it in to one of our on-site volunteers.
- After 90 (ninety) days, the unclaimed items will be donated to the Thrift Store, and the proceeds will be used for Temple activities)

Are places limited?
Yes.
Where will the teachings take place?
In the Lotus Pavilion, located in the outdoor area of Odsal Ling Temple.

Do I need to bring anything?
There will be cushions and chairs available in the pavilion, but if you prefer, bring your own cushion.
For those sitting on cushions, you will need to bring a bag to store your shoes.
It will be possible to buy water, but we recommend bringing your own bottle.
Can I participate in other activities or visit the Temple?
The Temple will remain closed for other activities.
Will the Mandala store be open?
Yes, there will be a store booth. The opening hours will be from 8am to 9:50am and from 12 pm to 12:30pm.
Will there be meals available?
There will be no meals available. However, it will be possible to buy water at the Mandala store booth.
Will there be access to the restrooms?
Yes, all safety protocols will be adopted for the use of the restrooms.
Will the practice and teaching continue to be broadcast on YouTube?
Yes.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, parking is free but with limited spaces.
