There is no option for online participation." style="custom" custom_background="#d14d42" custom_text="#ffffff" css_animation="none" custom_onclick="true"][vc_column_text] \nNgondro practice retreat\n\n\n\nFrom January 5 to 11\, there will be a retreat dedicated to personal Ngöndro practice sessions.  \nFrom January 1 to 4\, Lama Tsering will give teachings on Ngöndro\, the preliminary practices of Vajrayana Buddhism. Click here to register and learn more about this retreat. \nIt is said that learning Ngöndro is like learning the alphabet\, because although these practices are called “preliminary\,” they are never abandoned by the practitioner and are applied throughout the spiritual path\, until enlightenment. \nThis method\, if applied diligently\, purifies obscurations and negative karma\, creating conditions for the practitioner to receive higher teachings—such as those of the Great Perfection.
