Tsok is a practice in which we use foods and beverages with different flavors as a support for meditation, recognizing them as having one flavor.
From February to May, Lama Tsering will be offering introductory teachings one Saturday per month for students interested in finding out more about the Buddhist path. The next meeting will be on April 27.
During his first visit to Brazil, Do Tulku will visit Odsal Ling and deliver teachings on Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo’s “Ambrosia for the Mind”.
